Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites.
Job Corps Center Services
Our Job Corps programs provide life-changing services that help young people succeed in school, obtain good jobs, excel in their chosen fields, and serve as contributing members of their communities. We accomplish this through an intense commitment to safety, quality service, excellence, and partnerships.
Family Support Services
We support low-income families through programs authorized under the Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Agriculture by providing them with the community resources, skills, and opportunities for obtaining and retaining employment.
Disability Determination
We help individuals with long-term disabilities successfully obtain necessary financial assistance for a better life. We do this through our team of Disability Determination professionals who bring expertise in evaluating medical records.
Childcare Services
These services allow parents to work, train, or pursue education and employment goals by assisting individuals seeking quality childcare options and processing accurate and timely childcare payments.
Business Solutions
We help businesses meet their human capital needs through best-in-class business solutions delivered by trained staff working collaboratively with other business-serving organizations.

We here at Equus are one of the few selected intermediaries for registered apprenticeship by the Department of Labor.
