The Way We Lead – Eduardo Soto

Workforce Case Manager Eduardo Soto is “Working Smart, Doing Good” and leading by example in Yuma, Arizona.

Eduardo recently represented ResCare Workforce Services in several community outreach events with Arizona@Work. His efforts garnished positive responses from his team and the community.

“Thank you, Eduardo, for participating in outreach events in the community, representing our program, offering education and assistance while strengthening community partnerships,” said Vicki De Los Reyes, Area Program Supervisor.

As a result of Eduardo and his team’s effort, the local elementary school was awarded a sizable grant, said Vicki. The community shared several appreciative comments about Eduardo’s work:

• “I am certain that being able to include ARIZONA@WORK services to parents at the school as a partner helped place our school in the winner category.”
• “Thank you, as well, for all you do for families through supporting parents’ efforts to get jobs and training and for helping us win this grant.”
• “Eduardo does his part to build a team. Great job, Eduardo! Go team.”
