Rudy Racine Selected to the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP) 2021 Fellows Program

We are pleased to announce that Equus Vice President, WeCARE Operations Rudy Racine has been selected as a Fellow for the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP) 2021 Fellowship. The CUP New York Fellows Program is a transformative, one-year leadership development experience for early-to-mid career professionals of color across sectors who are deeply committed to supporting their communities through impactful contributions to the nonprofit and public sectors.

The CUP NY Fellows Program workshops and speakers provide participants with insight into the challenges and opportunities in the civic sectors and encourage participants to harness their power and relationships to create meaningful change through board service, political engagement, volunteerism, public-private partnerships, social entrepreneurship and more. Rudy said, “I am very excited to be selected as a Fellow for the CUP 2021 Fellowship. I look forward to connecting with some amazing professionals and helping to further the mission to inspire, elevate and empower the next generation of diverse business and civic leaders.”
