The Way We Lead – Elizabeth Ramirez

Talent Development Specialist Elizabeth Ramirez and her team in Yuma, Arizona are “Working Smart, Doing Good” and helping people change their lives. During her 11 years of service with ResCare Workforce Services, she has helped clients remove employment barriers as well as motivates and guides them to their future employment goals while transitioning from TANF Cash assistance towards self-sufficiency.

Because of the people-focused environment she maintains and her positive attitude, Elizabeth received the following outstanding recognition from an employed participant during her 150-day employment follow-up:
