Workforce Quality Coordinator Patricia Johnson is Working Smart, Doing Good in Dallas, Texas.

Patricia has been a vital part of the quality team for several years and is constantly seeking new ways to improve the quality monitoring process. Recently, Patricia updated the QA program monitoring tool by adding compliance and analysis features.

“The tool now allows management to view their staff’s training needs and quality scores. It can also help identify staff members who may need individual assistance, which may have been overlooked otherwise,” said Angela Sheffield-Scott, Quality Manager.
