Happy Program Year (PY) 2020! Nothing like kicking off the year with a new name, Equus Workforce Solutions, and we have added Workforce in Action, the official podcast of Equus Workforce Solutions.

Our teams have a lot to be proud of for the Program Year 2019. Achievements include:

• Customer satisfaction is 94.65% for the past 12 months
• April-June served 646,436 participants, 122% more than in the first quarter of the year before the COVID-19 pandemic
• Teams hosted virtual workshops for 18,900 attendees in the past 90 days

 
As many of you close the chapter on PY19, thank you for embracing change, sharing best practices, and taking care of each other. As we set a path with the future in mind, we will not lose sight of our focus, which is on changing people’s lives and making an impact in the communities in which we serve.
